As a follow up to my previous post, How to Host a Holiday Cookie Exchange, I wanted to host my own “virtual” cookie exchange to feature favorite holiday recipes from my readers (YOU!). I was overwhelmed by your responses. Thank you for participating!
A brief disclaimer: While I strive to post only wholesome, “real food” recipes on this site, I had to make a bit of an exception when it came to holiday cookies, especially for a cookie exchange. I’m assuming that if you’re participating in a cookie exchange, it’s likely that not all participants will align in their health habits and goals. So, just be aware that while some of these recipes do feature less refined/processed ingredients, others do not. And I’m totally okay with that because I strive for a 90/10 ratio of eating well the majority of the time, yet also allowing myself a healthy dose of grace for special treats. 😉
I honestly can’t wait to try these amazing recipes! Plus, some are so easy, I know my toddlers will be able to help me in the kitchen! Win-win!
