Not a fan of clipping coupons? There’s a super-simple way to save money on everyday groceries and household products without finding, cutting, or sorting coupons! Let me introduce you to grocery rebate apps!
Grocery rebate apps are a fun and easy way to get paid to shop for everyday food and household items for your family. Whether you buy lots of brand-name items (like Tide detergent) or no-brand items (like fresh produce), you can save money at the store! This is great news, since saving money on healthy foods often seems difficult.
What Are Grocery Rebate Apps?
Grocery rebate apps are apps (and often websites too) that give you cash back for buying popular products you already love. Products include fresh produce, frozen foods, pantry items, personal care, household supplies, baby care and pet care, and more.
Apps are simple to use, and feature different products and rebate amounts each week. There are even regular offers for fresh produce, dairy, and meat! Featured rebates often coincide with weekly sales at local stores, and if you do like to use printable coupons, you can pair those with the offers (and store sales) to save even more!
Most apps require little more than snapping a photo of your receipt as proof of purchase (although some apps automatically track what you buy and instantly credit you for it!). You receive cash in an account and, after reaching a set amount, can redeem your earnings for gift cards or cash straight to your bank account.
Using these apps won’t earn you a full-time income (that would be nice!), but you’ll definitely be able to offset your grocery spending by a few dollars each week or month, depending on the type and quantity of items you buy and how faithfully you use the apps.
During the next week, I’ll introduce you to my favorite (free!) grocery rebate apps.
