This easy Paleo Pumpkin Latte is so delicious, made with real ingredients, and much less expensive than the popular specialty coffee shop PSL! You can also make it Whole 30 compliant!

This time of year is alllll about the pumpkin. I get an early start on buying canned pumpkin, and as soon as I see the real ones in the stores, I buy those up, too.
Pumpkin pancakes are a hit with our whole clan, and I go a little crazy over a good ol’ pumpkin spice latte! One problem, I usually can’t justify the cost of hitting up the local Starbucks (well, maaayyybe once in a while!).
This homemade PSL is right up there with the best of them when it comes to flavor, and costs only a fraction of one from the coffee shop! Also, it is super easy to make at home!
Easy Paleo Pumpkin Latte
I’ve admitted to y’all before that I am just not a coffee drinker. Love the smell, don’t love the taste. I can certainly do without it. #sorrynotsorry
If I’m going to have a version of coffee, I’m all about a sweeter option with lots of foam and cream on top. Ohhh yeah. Yet, since committing to real food and unprocessed, unrefined ingredients, I had to find a “clean” way to get the same irresistible flavor!
Well, my friends, give this pumpkin spice latte a go. It contains all real ingredients, including real pumpkin puree, warm fall spices, and almond milk. You could also use coconut milk or any milk to suit your preferences.
How to Make a Whole 30 Pumpkin Latte
You can even take it a step further and make this pumpkin latte Whole 30 compliant by leaving out the sweetener. (Also remember to check the labels of your almond milk or coconut milk; these often hide ingredients which are prohibited on Whole 30.)
That’s it! Easy peasy! I’ve been happily surprised to find that such an indulgent treat can be so simple to make at home. I know you’ll agree!
