The six easy chicken freezer meals in this printable pack will stock your freezer for busy weeknights, with only a few minutes prep and no pre-cooking!

I love to utilize my freezer. Keeping it well stocked is honestly the main way I can sustain serving real food to my family without breaking our budget or chaining me to the kitchen 24/7.
Usually, I prefer to stock my freezer with individual ingredients to create meals, rather than full meals. For example, I regularly pre-cook large amounts of chicken (or ground beef or ground turkey) in my slow cooker or Instant Pot. I then divide the meat into quart-sized freezer bags and store in our deep freezer to use later.
Having meat pre-cooked is such a timesaver! It seems to cut my meal prep in half when I go to cook dinner! I simply thaw the meat in the refrigerator the night before (although sometimes I forget, and can still defrost it in the microwave right before dinnertime!) . Then I simply add spices and fresh ingredients/side dishes to complete the meal.
While I love having pre-cooked ingredients ready to go in the freezer, I sometimes also like having full meals prepped ahead. For example, we recently had our third child, and one thing I wanted to do before the baby arrived was prepare a handful of complete meals to ease the days after he arrived. But even if you aren’t having a baby, freezer meals like these are perfect for making ahead and storing for busy nights!

How to Make Freezer Meals
Preparing these six freezer meals is super easy–for each recipe, you simply measure the ingredients called for, and add them all to a gallon freezer bag (or other container suitable for the freezer). No pre-cooking required!
When you’re ready to cook, allow the frozen container to thaw in the refrigerator overnight (or submerge in a bowl of water for approximately 30 minutes, if you’re short on time!), then cook as instructed. The six recipes I selected for this plan vary in cooking methods (slow cooker, stovetop, oven, or grill).

Get the Printable Recipes + Grocery List
I created a helpful printable PDF you can print and use to quickly prepare these meals for your freezer. The last page of the printable pack has a full grocery list, which indicates next to each ingredient the specific recipe(s) it is used in. So, just in case you don’t want to prepare all six meals, you can cross off ingredients you don’t need.
