5-ingredient Healthy Homemade Peanut Butter Cups are simple to make in just a few minutes, and are a fudgy, healthier version containing no refined sugar!
Serves: 12
Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut oil, slightly melted
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • optional: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Prepare a muffin pan with 12 muffin liners.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin liners (each liner will be approximately half full).
  3. If toppings are desired, sprinkle them on now. (Favorite options are chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate chips.)
  4. Refrigerate the peanut butter cups until hard, at least 30 minutes. Store cups in the refrigerator.
