No-Bake Chocolate Oat Power Bars

No-Bake Chocolate Oat Power Bars are a quick and easy snack which pack a punch of energy and satisfy your sweet tooth without refined sugar!
Serves: 9-12
  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • ⅔ cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon (or your hands). The mixture will be slightly crumbly, but also easily molded. If the mixture seems too dry, add an additional spoonful of honey or peanut butter.
  2. Press the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
  3. To serve, cut into bars and enjoy!
